As mentioned the video was edited in Windows Movie Maker and I recorded my half on a compact camera and on my phone which I attached to a selfie stick.
Personally the video has its pros and cons but I think it showed a balanced 'arguement' about our views towards the internet.
OWN ASSESSMENT
A: esthetics -- L3
C: reativity -- L3
T: echnology -- L2
U: nderstanding -- L3
P: roduction Values -- L2
Overall, I think that our video showed a good understanding about the internet, admittedly it was not very originally in the idea of how to present it but we did attempt to incorporate a variety of information and make it interesting to the eye.
Personal EBI: Ensure that my shots are steady, however they are filmed. Show my full skills set when producing work, I know in myself that I could have included many more special effects in the video and possibly mixed the music or included dialogue.
Positives from other students/Mr Bush
-- Informative
-- Original Research
-- Good selection of images
-- Good use of digital material/diagrams
-- Visually appealing, with different fonts/colours/pictures
Negatives from other students/Mr Bush
-- Closer attention to detail, to increase professionalism
-- Spelling mistakes
-- Blurred camerawork
-- variety of presentation: e.g.INTERVIEWING SOMEONE IN ADDITION TO WHITEBOARD SHOTS
-- Reflection in one of the whiteboard shots, made text difficult to read
What did I learn?
-- Ensure that all my shots are clear and all the text on screen should be readable. ALWAYS show my full potential of editing even if it is not in adobe premiere.
